The Leeuwarden housing project designed by the firm OODA Portuguese and Spanish society OOIIO Architecture, is an interesting attempt to bridge the gap significantly and impregnable often between urban and rural areas. In the world many industrialized and developing, green is to make way for skyscrapers. The proposal for the housing project in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands is a refreshing change. It is based on the concept of floating water lilies to highlight an architectural marvel that gives due attention to sustainability and the use of natural resources of energy to meet the energy needs of residents.

The proposed residential project borrows the features of the landscape in the Netherlands Freisland native of the province. These combine the concept of water lilies floating in the agreements for urban development. The different types of residential structures are proposed. Apartments and houses on the ground floor is planned. Marina Apartments offers three different options to buyers according to their requirement and the money you can spend. The same applies to the apartments of the tower. Accommodation options offer up to eight storey alternatives for people to choose. The first phase includes construction of 100 homes, while the remaining 385 housing units will come in later.
