Adams Mohler Ghillino Architects is an architecture firm based in Seattle, Washington, USA. They have designed several unique residential projects. Now let’s take a look at Leschi Residence, one of Adams Mohler Ghillino Architects’ interesting projects.

The Leschi Residence is located near Lake Washington. At there you can get diagonal views to the Cascade Mountain Range. Leschi Residence has a total living surface of 3300 square feet. This home consists of two levels. The first-class floor is for an open living/dining space, the garage and pantry area. While on the second floor you’ll find master bedroom, children’s bedrooms, and bathrooms. The uniqueness of this house is it has a semi-detached crib for guest.

The semi-detached guest crib is built above the garage. This garage is on the northwest corner of the house. This house also has a steel and wood framed deck. This deck is hanging on steel bracket that also supports the roof above. Inside, this house uses a combination of natural and modern materials. For instance, there are sliding glass doors and wood-framed windows. You can see beautiful view out of the large windows. The overall atmosphere of this Leschi Residence is airy and bright.

Modern House 01
Jackson Clements Burrows is an architect’s studio that focuses in residential and commercial projects. The studio is established in Melbourne since 1998. Jackson Clements Burrows Architects have been widely recognized for their awesome projects. Their latest project is a unique residence located in Barwon Heads, Australia has an uncommon appearance. It has an uncommon appearance, more looks like a planetarium than a private home. Jackson Clements Burrows designed this home for a young family who wanted a unique new permanent residence. They joked about planetarium and the architects really put the idea into the house design.

Der Spiegel Canteen Design 1
Der Spiegel is a German news magazine that presents daily news. Recently, this magazine moved into its publishing house in Hamburg’s HafenCity development. Der Spiegel wants to provide more convenience for its employees, including a new spacious canteen. Therefore, the company asked Ippolito Fleitz Group to make a new employee canteen that shows the identity of Der Spiegel.

At first, Ippolito Fleitz Group captured the Der Spiegel philosophy: journalistic philosophy as much as its culture of dialogue. Then, based on that philosophy, the architecture firm created a mirror-based design. The design is really fantastic!

The Ippolito Fleitz Group changed the 520 square meter social eating space into a distinguishing space. The ceiling of this space is formed of 4,230 micro-perforated aluminum circles. Imagine how amazing it is! The space also completed with three large groups of tables. Other amazing side of this space is lighting.

The Ippolito Fleitz Group added large-scale light dishes that use intense color. There are also dimmable lamps above the tables.
