The hotel is located in New York Hudson Valley at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York, the Richard B. Fisher Center for the Performing Arts by architect and designer Frank Gehry had designed. The foot of the 110,000 square feet (10,000 m²) building as the theater is designed to provide the audience with performances and programs in orchestral, chamber and jazz music, theater, dance and opera to American and international artists. Richard B. Fisher Center will consist of two rooms, four studios for rehearsal dance, drama and music facilities and professional support.
