Intexure Architects is an architecture firm that’s focused in contemporary design. They are well-known for their live-work studio. Intexure Architects work on both residential and commercial projects. Their latest project is a residential project. The projects consist of four houses named Southmoor Terrace. All of the houses are LEED certified. The houses are in the same modern style. These include the Tallichet residence, the Waldrum residence and the Bhutani residence.

A house in Houston, Texas developed by Intexure Architects has long façade and a large inner court with parking. The architects described this design as a solution to meet the parking requirements. The downstairs occupancy is for business and the above occupancy is for residential.

The house uses a woodshop/model-making zone and staging instead of conventional garage. The parking zone has two garage doors at 90 degrees on adjacent walls. You can open it as a covered area for outdoor events. There is also gravel area for gathering space. It’s really a unique design. Moreover, this house uses many environmental-friendly materials. This house is one of few buildings that offers many sustainable features and serves for more practical life. We hope it can be a great inspiration for your house.
