City of Rancho Cordova Welcomes New KTGY designed Eco Friendly Apartment Community. The cost of housing is witnessing a steady increase in human population threatens to exceed available space. This resulted in large increases in apartment communities under construction, whose designs are negligible at best.Certainly provide people with accommodation, but many do in a way that the lack of style and hospitality. This is why the ecological community of apartments designed to use KTGY deserves for its beautiful architecture and ecological characteristics.
KTGY Group Inc. is an award-winning company, which took the project (Phase I) to the intersection of Rancho Cordova in Sacramento, California. The result is an apartment community that offers affordable housing for people without compromising on the essentials of housing, while the integration of eco-friendly facilities. The community consists of 12 two-bedroom and six three-bedroom apartments built in an area previously occupied by a seedy motel.
The apartment community conveniently located near schools has, hospitals, supermarkets, pharmacies and public transportation, giving residents required infrastructure. All apartments are equipped with central heating, air conditioning, improving insulation, stoves and ovens, refrigerators, room fans, balcony and storage space.
The apartments also eco solar panels to generate electricity, while the materials used on floors, ramps and furniture are recycled by neutralizing the emissions of toxic chemicals. To facilitate the promotion of health, all the buildings were designed as non-smoking areas.
$ 465 to $ 939 per month, the Crossing apartment community features a community center on the site, which houses a computer lab, resident services program, laundry and kitchen. Residents can also enjoy hanging out in nature with all amenities such as barbecues, garden, living room and a playground for children. The second phase of the project called Horizons will see 48 apartments under construction consists of one and two bedroom apartments for the elderly.
